How much does Dreambooks cost?

Dreambooks Standard is AED 50 a month or AED 500 a year, excluding VAT. Pro (AED 1,000 a year, 5 users) adds UAE e-invoicing with 200 e-invoices a year, and Premium (AED 1,500 a year) adds inventory and payroll. See the pricing page for every plan.

Does Dreambooks file VAT and corporate tax returns?

It prepares the VAT 201, corporate tax and excise returns from your books and lists the checks to clear. You submit in EmaraTax, mark the return as filed, and can sync filings back from EmaraTax.

Dreambooks vs Zeyora for UAE businesses

Zeyora is a CRM-led business suite, and its full accounts start with the Business plan at AED 349 a month. Dreambooks is accounting first: full accounting from AED 500 a year, UAE e-invoices sent from the app on Pro, WPS payroll on Premium, and VAT, corporate tax and excise returns prepared from the ledger. Both offer a client portal, e-signature and a WhatsApp inbox as add-ons at the same prices.

Zeyora's Starter and Growth plans come with billing basics, and full accounts start with Business at AED 349 a month, about AED 3,490 a year. Dreambooks Standard has the full ledger, bank reconciliation, VAT 201 and corporate tax for AED 500 a year, and Pro with e-invoicing for five users is AED 1,000.

E-invoices sent, not just ready

Zeyora describes e-invoicing readiness, with connecting to a provider for sending as an optional integration step. In Dreambooks, posted invoices and credit notes go out as UAE e-invoices, and vendors' e-invoices arrive as draft bills matched by TRN. Pro includes 200 e-invoices a year.

UAE payroll with WPS

Dreambooks Premium runs monthly pay runs with the WPS salary file for your bank, gratuity provisions, GPSSA pension and final settlements, posted straight to the books. Zeyora's payroll page covers salaries and payslips but doesn't mention WPS.
